Centre for the Study and Promotion of Alentejo Olive Oil (CEPAAL):
CEPAAL is a non-profit association, based in Moura, whose goal is to increase the value of Olive Oil from Alentejo and promote it within Portugal and abroad. Members includes 30 producers and it is linked to the olive-growing and olive oil sector. CEPAAL also leads National Congress and Contest of Oils (both annual) in Portugal.
Manager:
Gonçalo Morais Tristão is President of CEPAAL and has extensive experience in production and association in the olive sector.
