Centre for the Study and Promotion of Alentejo Olive Oil (CEPAAL):
CEPAAL is a non-profit association, based in Moura, whose goal is to increase the value of Olive Oil from Alentejo and promote it within Portugal and abroad. Members includes 26 producers and it is linked to the olive-growing and olive oil sector. CEPAAL also leads the organisation of the World Olive Oil Summit that takes place annually in June in the Portuguese city of Santarém.
Manager:
Gonçalo Morais Tristão is President of CEPAAL and has extensive experience in production and association in the olive sector.
