The 8^th Olive and Olive Oil Festival will take place on the weekend of April 9-10, 2022 in Kalamata, Greece, at the conference center Elite City Resort. Important presentations and discussions will take place on the present and future of agricultural production. (The full schedule will be announced in the coming days). The Festival has gained recognition and has contributed significantly over the years. A significant effort has been made to internationalize it both in the olive oil competition and in the interventions of the Festival. The initial results from the project SUSTAINOLIVE, in which the Agricultural Cooperative of Kalamata participates, will be also presented by Dr. Vassilis Gkisakis of the organisationELGO – DIMITRA, also a project partner.
