The University of Parma is receiving applications for the PhD courses of the XXXVI cycle

The University of Parma, partner entity of the SUSTAINOLIVE project, is receiving applications for the PhD courses of the XXXVI cycle.

 Two positions covered by fellowship are available in the group led by Prof Nelson Marmiroli for the PhD course in Biotechnology and Life Sciences.

 The research topics are briefly summarized as follows:

-Research activity in environmental biotechnologies applied to the development of sustainable, low impact crop systems in the framework of Green Economy: Development and analysis of microbial biostimulants, and omic analysis of the effects on physiology, production and reproduction of crop plants

-Research activity in environmental biotechnologies applied to the development of sustainable, low impact crop systems in the framework of Green Economy: Development and analysis of nanofertilisers and nanopesticides, and omic analysis of the effects on physiology, production and reproduction of crop plants. Analysis of safety issues on human health and environment with model organisms.
