Dr Vasileios Stournaras, Researcher in partner ELGO, visited on Friday 5/3/2021 and on Thursday 11/3/2021 the olive experimental farms of Greek partners Agricultural Cooperative of Kalamata (ACK) and NILEAS Producers Group Company (NGC), in order to monitor the pests and diseases and the phenological stages in the olive trees. During the visit, Dr Stournaras had the opportunity to see the new shredder machine of ACK and the application of shredded pruning materials and composted leaves in the farms. Also, he had the oppurtunity to see the application with hen manure on the NGC olive farms.
