Coopérative Oumnia Bellouta (COB), Douar Bellota, Province de Ouezzane:
COB is composed by The Olive oil Production Company, a modern oil crushing unit, and the Association BioJnane, a network of olive farms under agro-ecological farming. COB is responsible of production and valorisation of agricultural products, supporting small producers by organising training in Agroecology.

Saleheddine El Azzouzi is a technical Advisor in Agroecology and Permaculture, he has expertise in the valorization of local products and short trade, and in sustainable tourism.
