Its one of the main leaders of the Italian agri-food sector and the Mediterranean area, with experience in all phases of olive oil production, especially in the analytical and technological area, collaborating with relevant activities in the sector (certification Institutions , industries, laboratories and consumer associations). It will be in charge of the analysis of the quality of the olives collected in Greece, Tunisia and Italy.


Prof. Tullia Gallina Toschi, is an expert in olive oil chemistry, member of the DG-Agri of the European Commission and the International Olive Council, and co-author of more than 100 articles of the JCR.
